Now removed oil from the oil extraction machine is collected into an empty vessel and from there pressure is applied, through feed pump and oil is pressure passed through the filter plates & filter clothes. During this process, solid particles and impurities will be separated from the oil. Once the filtration is complete, the filtered oil is collected in a separate Vessel.

About Oil Filter Cloths

The use of oil filter cloths is to remove impurities and solid particles from the oil. It is made of Polyester, Cotton & Poly Propylene. Two sets are fitted on each plate. If you want the best oil output use this combination of cloth either polyester + polypropylene or cotton + polypropylene. You have to clean the filter press at the end of the day, it usually takes only 20~30 minutes to clean.
